Install the demo
1. Connect the data cable mini USB interface to the indicator table.
2. Connect the USB interface to the computer.
3. Click the "CH341SER" and "Data collection system setup" files on the attached CD and install them separately.

How to use
The connection
|
After the software is opened, click the "connect" button, and the software automatically searches for the device.
The current value window will display the data, and the connection is successful.
System setting
The device can connect and disconnect the conditions set the system parameters, click on the "system setting" button, the parameters setting window data into green (see below), said you can modify, after the completion of the data changes, click on this button again, save parameters, bounce back window.
instructions
1.STD: standard size,represents the nominal size of the part.
2.USL: upper tolerance,allowable deviation from standard size.
3.LSL: lower tolerance,allowable deviation from standard size.
4.Auto sample interval:The data automatically collects and saves the interval time.
5.Unit: measurement unit,the unit of data collection is defined by the user, which can be millimeters, inches and degrees.
6.Beep:Select whether or not you need a prompt when data is saved.
7. Workpiece:The artifact name user can name itself.
8.Operator:Operator name users can name themselves.
Data preservation
Data can be save manually and automatically saved, click on the "Manual" button, the data can be stored a record, click on the "Auto" button, can according to the parameters set in the automatic acquisition time to automatically record the data, records in the process of clicking this button can stop the collection.
Click the "clear" button to clear the current record.
Click the "save" button to save the data into an EXCEL file for further processing.
